As the COVID-19 pandemic persists, ARA continues to take appropriate measures to protect the safety and health of our employees, our clients, our vendors, and the wider public, while maintaining full business operations.

Our highest priorities are:

To safeguard the health and welfare of our employees, clients, vendors, and the wider public:

  • At the onset of the pandemic, all employees have been working remotely and all employee and client meetings have been conducted via tele/web conference without loss of efficiency or information.

To maintain business continuity and take actions that ensure 100% uptime:

  • Increased communication and redundancy with our teams to ensure production of services remains at 100%.

To learn the latest industry information and implement best practices for all studies affected by COVID-19:

  • Continued monitoring COVID-19 bulletins and communications, as well as industry and agency webinars, etc continuously updating our clients and adapting our work strategies to implement all agency guidance and industry best practice.

ARA will continuously evaluate and adjust processes as necessary to respond to changing events.

We are committed to helping our clients work through the disruptions and resulting data and analytical challenges they bring.
